Dr. Rashed Al Mahmud Titumir is a Professor of Economics at the Department of Development Studies of the University of Dhaka. He is currently holding the charge of the Chairman of the Department. He has worked in diverse constituencies, namely, academia, governments, think tanks, international organizations and media.
